Even those offerings are essentially fast food quality. In fact, any food one may want in the morning is exorbitantly priced. Instead, I could order 11-dollar coffee or, wait until one of the expensive fast food joints downstairs opens. The hotel did not provide coffee (most smaller hotels provide this) and, when I asked if I could get hot water heater I was tersely told by the service desk that they don't provide that sort of service. There were no other business-like amenities in the room. I was provided a basic, clean but dated hotel. It was one of three recommended hotels that the show promoted. I stayed at the Excalibur as an attendee of a trade show. It offers basic rooms at a low price with ready access to the casinos. The Excalibur most definitely is not designed up to be a business hotel nor is it a resort.
